Wambrook was established by Franc Miller , Ray Lewis and Kevin Jones in early 1990s. Franc Miller a leading technologist with years of experiences in automation in leading companies including Marconi Electronic Systems was quick to realize that the technological innovations of the last quarter of twentieth century is going to reshape the structure of the major industrial companies in western world.

 Miller believed;

with the new technology , components and machineries manufacturing will be easier , more accurate and less dependent to technicians’ judgments. Instead, the new world requires highly skilled designers , operators and      troubleshooters .

As a result, he concentrated on human resources and with his two other colleagues established Wambrook.

Wambrook's major employees were chosen from technical people with long experiences in related industries. Majority of Wambrook’s employees have had over twenty years aexperiences in their own field or have been recently retired. This policy have been the edge of Wambrook in handling complicated jobs for major manufacturing companies.

Due to the market requirements during late 20th century, Wambrook's major works were concentrated in paper and energy sections. Wambrook started working with major companies to provide supervision, training, commissioning of plants and troubleshooting and/ or expansion of existing plants.
